At Work teams getting in a groove

Many of the At Work Teams are finding a good pace, finding motivation from family and co-workers and are enjoying the challenge activities that have taken place.

By having healthy snacks shared at their workplaces, taking accountability for the total team weight weekly and by walking together at lunch several teams have lost a considerable amount of weight already.

Previous year's Fittest Loser At Work Challenge winners, Hanover Park Police Department's Pounds for Blue II, are eyeing to keep their title.

We'll check-in with the nutrition developments the teams are making next week.
