Time change for District 211 candidates forum Thursday
The start time of a candidates forum for the Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 school board race has been moved back half an hour to 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the cafeteria of James B. Conant High School, 700 E. Cougar Trail in Hoffman Estates.
The six candidates seeking three open seats on the board in the April 4 election are incumbents Robert LeFevre Jr. and Anna Klimkowicz, former board member Ed Yung, and a slate of newcomers including Ralph T. Bonatz, Katherine Jee Young David and Jean Forrest.
The District 211 race also will be featured in a League of Women Voters Candidate Forum at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 18, at Palatine village hall, 200 E. Wood St.
