River Glen of St. Charles names Pedone sales, marketing director

River Glen of St. Charles, a senior living community in the historic North Fifth Avenue neighborhood of St. Charles, has hired Amy Pedone to serve as director of sales and marketing.

Pedone brings more than 20 years of experience to her sales and marketing leadership, including two years with another local retirement community.

"Although the name has changed, River Glen of St. Charles has long been a well-respected independent living, assisted living and memory care community," Pedone said. "Now I'll have the honor of reintroducing it to area seniors and families with even more hospitality-based services and cutting-edge ideas to talk about."

River Glen Assistant Executive Director Kristin Landahl added the facility has a "tradition of care that spans more than 85 years, coupled now with a new name and new ownership - ROC Seniors Housing, plus new management - Life Care Services, An LCS Company."
