Scholarships available for education majors

Gamma Gamma Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International

The Gamma Gamma Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International offers recruitment grant monies available to high school senior women who intend to prepare for a career in the field of education.

A $1,500 grant exists for each of two eligible students, with additional monetary support throughout their sophomore, junior, and senior years as long as they remain in education.

The Gamma Gamma Educational Recruitment Grant is available for students planning on pursuing an education major.

The Anne Fussell Memorial Early Childhood/Primary Recruitment Grant is exclusively for students interested in earning an early childhood or K-3 certification.

Any interested female graduate of the Class of 2017 who is attending a Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 high school is eligible for these grant monies.

All applications and supporting materials are available through their local high school counseling centers.

Applications are also available online at gammagamma75.org.

Applications and supporting materials must be received at the designated address by Friday, April 14th.
