Audition for 'To Kill a Mockingbird' in Antioch

Auditions for Harper Lee's "To Kill a Mockingbird" at PM&L Theatre in Antioch will be held at 7 p.m. March 12 and 13.

An ethnically and age-diverse cast, appropriate to the story and roles is being sought. There are principal roles for three children/teens (one girl, two boys), five women, and nine men. Stage ages range from 10 to 75 years old.

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script so applicants need to be familiar with the play. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early at the theater, 877 N. Main St., to fill out an audition form. Those auditioning must be prepared to list all conflicts during April and May.

"To Kill a Mockingbird" opens May 19 and will run Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for three weekends, closing on June 4. Visit www.pmltheatre.com for ticket purchasing, show announcements, news, and more.
