Streamwood downs Elgin; Dundee-Crown, Cary-Grove win

Jenejah Williams scored 22 points Wednesday night to lead the Streamwood girls basketball team to a 53-31 Upstate Eight River win over Elgin.

Andrea Bracy added 11 points for the Sabres (9-9, 3-4).

Kylie Graves led Elgin (5-16, 0-7) with 15 points.

Dundee-Crown 40, CL South 35: Allison Michalski had 13 points and Payton Schmidt added 8 to lead D-C (11-11, 5-5) to a Fox Valley Conference win. Anna Sevcik led Crystal Lake South (11-9, 6-4) with 15 points.

Cary-Grove 48, CL Central 23: Katie Sowa scored 17 points as Cary-Grove (11-9, 6-4) won this FVC game.

East Aurora 58, Aurora Christian 47: Tori Henning had 22 points and Paris Chaney added 8 for Aurora Christian (14-6) in this nonconference loss.
