Stevenson still perfect against NSC foes

Stevenson's boys swimming and diving team improved to 4-0 in dual meets against North Suburban Conference foes with a 105.5-76.5 victory over Libertyville on Wednesday.

The host Patriots won every event but the 50-yard freestyle, taken by Libertyville's Eric Turner in 22.16, and the 400 free relay.

Stevenson's Topher Stensby, Daniel Ng, Joseph Song and Maxim Ryaguzov got things started with a victory in 1:41.02 in the 200 medley relay - and each went on to win an individual event.

Ng later won the 100 breastroke in 59.60, while Song was tops in the 100 free (50.02) and Stensby won the 200 IM in 2:04.90, just ahead of Libertyville's Sean Couglin (2:05.21). Ryaguzov won the 100 fly in 54.01.
