Thanks for support

On behalf of all Hanover Township officials, staff and volunteers, I would thank the community for their outpouring of support and kindness once again this past holiday season.

Numerous community groups in Bartlett and Streamwood provided generous donations and assistance in distributing holiday meal boxes to low-income residents. Together we were able to distribute 1,174 holiday meal boxes in November and December to families in need.

This year's toy drive and Sponsor-a-Family programs were also tremendously successful with 1,841 children receiving new toys and 290 families being sponsored.

Hanover Township would like to thank all of the businesses, community partners and local municipal offices who allowed their office spaces to be utilized as drop off locations for holiday donations from around the community.

Each year Hanover Township is overwhelmed by the tremendous support of our residents, neighbors, and friends. We truly appreciate your willingness to help those who need it most.

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and our best wishes for a prosperous new year.

Brian P. McGuire, Supervisor

Hanover Township
