CPR certification at the Bartlett Library

The American Red Cross came to the Bartlett Library to teach patrons the skills they need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive to take over. Those in attendance were CPR and first aid certified for two years.

If you missed this program, the Bartlett Library is having a "CPR and First Aid Course" on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. In this overview course, the American Red Cross will teach participants to recognize first aid and cardiac emergencies and take action. Participants learn how to give appropriate care for different first aid emergencies and how to perform hands-only CPR. Please stop in or call 630.837.3560 to register.
