Mundelein High holiday band and choir concert Tuesday

Mundelein High School's bands and choirs will perform a free holiday concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday, in the school auditorium, 1350 W. Hawley St.

A highlight of the show will involve the Honors Wind Ensemble and the entire choral department singing Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus" to conclude the concert.

The Jazz Ensemble will perform "Angels We Have Heard on High" and "First Circle;" Honors Symphonic Winds will offer Music from "The Nutcracker" and Radetzky March; and the Wind Ensemble will do "Greensleeves" and "Sleigh Ride."

The Master Singers will perform "Psallite," "I Wonder as I Wander," "Hanerot Halalu" and "Caroling, Caroling." The Concert Choir's numbers include "Shalom Chaverim" and "Alleluia, Gloria in Excelsis Deo." The Treble Choir will perform "Hodie," "Candlelight Song" and "Let is Snow!" Bel Canto will do "In the Bleak Midwinter," "The First Snowfall" and "S'Vivon."
