Georgetown Square in Schaumburg sells for $3 million

SCHAUMBURG - Georgetown Square, a 16,237 square-foot shopping center in Schaumburg, has been sold for $3.35 million.

Tim Franz of Chicago-based SVN | Chicago Commercial was the sole broker in the transaction of the property at 1837-51 W. Irving Park Road. The center was previously owned by a division of Inland Real Estate.

"Georgetown Square represents a core suburban retail investment opportunity due to its tenant lineup and strong location. The ability to add value through the last remaining vacancy made it attractive to numerous local and out of state investors," Franz said.
