Former suburban Chicago school employee pleas to sex charge

ST. CHARLES, Ill. (AP) - A former employee at a suburban Chicago high school has been sentenced to four years in state prison after admitting to having sex with a minor.

In a news release, the Kane County State's Attorney's office says 31-year-old Christopher Lee of St. Charles was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to a felony count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

During the hearing, prosecutors told the judge that between February and May of last year, Lee was a dean's assistant at St. Charles North High School when he had sex with a student at the school.

Lee is scheduled to begin serving his prison sentence on December 27.
