Krusinski completes facility ahead of schedule

ROMEOVILLE - For the second year in a row, Krusinski Construction has successfully completed an e-commerce facility for a repeat client in Romeoville.

In 16 weeks, Krusinski Construction successfully remodeled a 767,000 square foot warehouse and single story office for a new e-commerce facility. Building renovations consisted of demolition, site improvements, and new construction. Demolition included all existing RTUs, interior lighting, 60,000 square feet of office, warehouse bathrooms, a full height demising wall, east elevation dock pits, and the closure of west and south elevation dock positions.

Site improvements involved sealing the existing parking lot, additional employee parking, renovated guardhouse, site signage, sidewalks, and potential entrance modifications.

The facility is equipped with new hydraulic dock levelers, LED lighting, RTUs, 30,000 square foot office, warehouse bathrooms, warehouse break rooms, pit charging stations, facilities cages, telecommunication and security equipment, material handling equipment, and racking.
