Author to discuss Chicago's South Side at Schaumburg Library

Natalie Moore, author of The South Side: A Portrait of Chicago and American Segregation, will present a program based on her book from 7-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 14 in the Rasmussen North Room of the Central Library, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg. Moore will entwine the story of her life with the ongoing segregation that continues to be a strong part of the culture on Chicago's South Side.
