Trump interview shows media bias

President-elect Donald Trump sat down with 60 Minutes this past Sunday. Lesley Stahl was the inquisitor, constantly interrupting Donald Trump in mid-sentence or probing further when she did not get the answer she was looking for or hoping to get. Contrast that with any number of 60 Minutes interviews with President Obama. In many instances, a fluff question would be asked of the current sitting president and he would be allowed to ramble on, without any interruption.

One only has to hearken back to Steve Croft's interview of President Obama and the retiring secretary of state and eventual Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to understand the total subservience of the mainstream media to all things Obama, Clinton and the Democrat party. At the time of this interview, Libya was in flames, Benghazi had occurred and the Syrian civil war was rampaging, but all we learned from Croft's hard-hitting probe is how much Obama and Clinton truly liked and respected each other. Journalism at its most compelling.

One can assume that media will find its footing and be hard-hitting, investigative, reporting the events that will emanate from the Trump White House and the world at large. This will continue until the next Democrat administration takes over and the media once again reverts to the public relations arm of the Democratic Party and president.
