Police seek help identifying Arlington Heights burglars

Arlington Heights police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying two burglary suspects caught on surveillance video at a Subway restaurant in the middle of the night.

The burglars used a pickup truck stolen from Mount Prospect to drive through the front window of the Subway on Euclid Avenue near Route 53 at about 3 a.m. Nov. 3. The two burglars then entered the restaurant and stole numerous items, including an undisclosed amount of money. The stolen vehicle was later recovered in Hanover Park.

Anyone with information can call the Criminal Investigation Bureau at (847) 368-5300 and submit an anonymous tip by text or telephone. Text keyword 847AHPD and the message to 847411. Tipsters may also call Arlington Heights Crime Stoppers at (847) 590-STOP. Callers are guaranteed anonymity and may qualify for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
