Venture One acquires Woodridge industrial building
WOODRIDGE - Venture One Real Estate recently closed on the acquisition of a 51,773 square foot industrial building located at 10321 Werch Drive in Woodridge.
Terms of the acquisition were not announced. The transaction was done through Rosemont-based Venture One's acquisition fund VK Industrial III, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group.
The property is 75 percent occupied with a 12,800 vacant unit. The 24-foot clear precast building was constructed in 2000 and is located near the I-55/I-355 interchange. The available unit offers users amenities such as LED warehouse lighting, 2 dock high doors, 1 drive in door and 2,500 SF of new office space.
