Vigil held for missing South Elgin teen
Teen Kianna Galvin of South Elgin went missing May 6 after telling her younger sister she was going to nearby Jim Hansen Park. Yesterday, family, friends and neighbors gathered at that same park for a candlelight vigil to mark the 6-month anniversary of her disappearance. Schaumburg show celebrates the life aquatic
A pair of sea lions named Kim and Rose greeted guests with hugs yesterday before entertaining with their show "Sea Lion Splash" at the fourth annual Aquatic Experience at the Schaumburg Convention Center. Pumpkins soar over Mundelein
Pumpkins flew high in the air before splattering on the ground to the thrill of the crowd yesterday during the annual Mundelein Pumpkin Drop at Keith Mione Community Park.
