INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - A second man who was waiting for bus in Indianapolis has died after a vehicle struck the station shelter.

Indianapolis police said Monday morning that 59-year-old Eugene Guzman died in the early Sunday accident at an IndyGo bus shelter. Three people were waiting at the bus shelter when the accident happened. Another man, 61-year-old Marvin Kinchlow, died at a hospital after the crash. Another man remains in critical condition.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department traffic investigators say the vehicle's driver told them he was traveling on a roadway when another vehicle struck him and forced him off the road and into the bus shelter.

Police are investigating.
