Medline gets new military contract for bathing system products

MUNDELEIN - Medline has been awarded a new Military Health System Incentive Agreement for a variety of Bathing System No Rinse products.

Items include ReadyBath caps and washcloths that help eliminate the need for basins, soaps, linens and lotions while providing a pH balanced formula for gentle use on skin. This sole source agreement is in effect through Sept. 30, 2018 for all Department of Defense medical treatment facilities across the United States, Pacific and Europe regions.

These types of agreements are designed to help bring greater standardization, medical supply chain efficiencies and cost savings across DoD facilities.

"Medline is committed to helping health care providers perform at their very best. While this agreement will help bring greater efficiencies and cost savings, we are proud to be able to help be a part of driving greater standardization of products to ultimately help improve patient care," says John O'Daniel, vice president, government sales, Medline.
