North Aurora McDonald's hosts McTeacher's Night for St. Paul Lutheran School

On Oct. 20, St. Paul Lutheran School held a McTeacher's Night fundraiser at the McDonald's in North Aurora. The St. Paul Lutheran McTeacher's Night was a fun way to bring the teachers together and have the opportunity to meet the parents of students and members of the community, all while raising funds for the Aurora school.

Teachers and staff members from the school worked jobs such as greeting guests, the front counter, the drive-thru, and serving ice cream. Ronald McDonald joined the fun during the event. The school plans to use the money raised to purchase items on teacher wish list as well as help pay for improvements within the school.

Special thank you goes out to Louise DeWig, Parent-Teacher League president, for coordinating the entire event. McTeacher's Night was courtesy of the North Aurora McDonald's owner/operator, the Lardas family.
