Women are fed up with bad behavior

As I read your Oct. 18 Opinion page, I was horrified and then angered at the letter you printed from a reader accusing Trump's victims of lying about his sexual assaults, even when he has bragged about those very acts.

I was really bothered that the reader wouldn't believe Trump's accusers because there were no police reports filed. Using that standard, should we not believe the thousands of victims that kept quiet about the priests that molested them? Or the many victims of Bill Cosby that now come forth? Or the thousands of rapes that go unreported every year? Or the victims of Dennis Hastert that bravely came forward years after the crimes were committed?

I can hear that reader now, "Let me explain little lady, you don't understand." Well, I do - and women are fed up with being considered second-class citizens by so many arrogant men.
