Experience, temperament

When I hear that people are still undecided on this presidential election, I have to assume that they do not bother to read.

Our two candidates could not be more different. And both have long public histories. Neither is going to change because of what they may say in a debate, or in a tweet.

We should know who they are and what they stand for, if we read. Watching TV news does not count, it often simply parrots what politicians say, rarely fact-checks, and is very incomplete at best. And of course TV ads should never be your source of real information.

So if you simply look and read, you know that one candidate has devoted her life to service, the other has devoted his life to personal fame and fortune.

I think the only thing preventing a landslide for Clinton is that strange irrational hatred that many seem to hold toward her. I won't attempt to analyze this, I am sure it will be fodder for history writers for years to come.

Hillary Clinton is the choice based on experience, intellect, accomplishments, judgment, and yes, temperament.
