Barrington library hosting TED Talk Thursday

The Barrington Area Library will host its second independently organized TED Talk at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6.

The speakers will be Brian Harris, superintendent of Barrington Area Unit School District 220; Bob Lee, founder of Ride for 3 Reasons; Joyce Palmquist, executive director of the Barrington Area Council on Aging; and Courtney Quigley, co-founder of Hope's In and a student at New York University.

The TEDx event is designed to energize and inspire all who attend. To reserve your seat to the free event, register at the Barrington Area Library's website.
