Infinite Peripherals in ELk Grove Village has hired Eric Nicolaisen to the newly created position of director, enterprise product management.

Nicolaisen will identify and develop new enterprise hardware and software solutions to offer customers and resellers innovative, turnkey enterprise mobility systems. He also will manage branding and marketing around these new solutions.

Coming to IPC from BlackBerry (Research in Motion), Nicolaisen spent 17 years in several different positions throughout the company, including technical services, enterprise and channel sales, enterprise operations and enterprise product management. Most recently, he was the senior director of enterprise product management, where he led activities related to the licensing and entitlement management infrastructure, as well as the licensing strategy for BlackBerry enterprise software solutions.

Previously, Nicolaisen was the senior director of enterprise operations, managing BlackBerry sales enablement team activities, developing global product positioning and training to support corporate and regional sales goals and creating internal and external sales messaging, sales tools and sales collateral to stimulate inside sales, field sales and reseller sales.
