NAI Hiffman to manage buildings in Brdgeview, Alsip
OAKBROOK TERRACE - NAI Hiffman was selected by Transwestern Investment Group to manage and lease 7400 Richards Road in Bridgeview and 5100 West 123rd Street in Alsip.
The two buildings are located in the South Cook submarket and total 627,000 square feet of industrial space.
Chris Gary and Jay Maher, with NAI Hiffman's Industrial Services group, will market upcoming availabilities for the two buildings.
