Clinton ignored demand for due care

According to Black's Law Dictionary, the definition of "gross" is as follows: "Out of all measure; beyond allowance; not to be excused; flagrant; shameful; as a gross dereliction of duty; a gross injustice; gross carelessness." Further, the dictionary defines "wanton negligence" as follows:

"Reckless indifference to the consequences of an act or omission, where the party acting or failing to act as conscience of his conduct and if without any actual intent to injure, is aware from his knowledge of the existing circumstances and conditions, that his conduct in inevitably or probably result in injury to another."

It is quite obvious from the testimony of James Corney, Director of the FBI, Hillary Clinton's conduct falls under wanton negligence, which is a violation of the statute in question and her duty as the United States - secretary of state. By her actions, she placed all Americans in jeopardy by not protecting classified information.

Hillary Clinton is an attorney and who doesn't know the distinction between gross negligence and due care.
