INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Indianapolis-based software company TinderBox Inc. says it's changing its name and plans to hire more than 200 additional workers over the next five years.

The company's name now is Octiv Inc.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said Monday that if the agency's board of directors approves, it will offer Octiv up to $5.1 million in conditional tax credits and up to $200,000 in training grants based on the company's plans to hire 224 new jobs by 2021 after reaching its current target of 108 full-time workers in Indiana.

The company also says it will spend $3.2 million to add more space to its headquarters on Monument Circle.
