Arlington Hts. gets its Irish on

Downtown Arlington Heights looked and sounded like Dublin on Friday night at the historical museum's annual Irish Fest.

Several hundred people listened to fiddle music, watched the Trinity Irish Dance troupe perform and ate corned beef sandwiches on the grounds of the Arlington Heights Historical Museum.

A rainy afternoon cleared up for the festival so families could browse stands filled with Irish goods and enjoy the night.

All proceeds went to the Arlington Heights Historical Museum.
