Herbalife Ltd. (HLF), up $5.90 to $65.26

The supplement retailer agreed to pay $200 million to end a government investigation, and avoided charges that it operated as a pyramid scheme.

Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC), down $1.23 to $47.71
