Joint Commission names Kaba chief human resources officer
OAKBROOK TERRACE - The Joint Commission appointed Michael W. Kaba, MBA, MS, to the position of chief human resources officer for The Joint Commission enterprise.
Kaba has almost 20 years of extensive experience in human resources, organizational development and business integration. Most recently, he served as the director of talent, diversity and organization North America for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. In addition to that role, he has held executive positions with Case New Holland (now CNHi) and Hewitt Associates.
Kaba received his master of business administration from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He also has a master of science in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania.
