Gesture adds Hayman to sales team

Gesture, a Westmont-based technology company dedicated to helping nonprofits raise more money through the company's mobile bidding platform, named Spencer Hayman director of sales, focused on western U.S. markets.

Hayman will lead the sales team and be responsible for coaching and supporting team members to achieve the sales goals that help Gesture nonprofit charity partners. Gesture's mission to service nonprofits drew Hayman to the company and fuels his energy and commitment to truly partnering with organizations to bring valuable insights to meet their goals and increase their impact.

Dianne Kleber, director of sales, will focus on the eastern half of the United States helping Gesture to continue to expand and reach more nonprofit organizations across the country.

As a former regional and executive director of a nonprofit organization and sales executive for fundraising software products, Hayman brings an understanding of nonprofit organization's challenges. He earned a master's degree in business administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also holds a bachelor of arts degree from College of the Holy Cross.
