West Fest begins in Des Plaines
Maine West High School's athletic boosters kicked off their four-day carnival at the school Thursday night.
The sixth annual West Fest is a fundraiser for the Maine West Athletic Boosters Club, a nonprofit group supporting the school's athletic programs.
The fest continues from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Friday, 2 to 11 p.m. Saturday, and 2 to 10 p.m. Sunday.
Maine West is located at 1755 S. Wolf Road in Des Plaines.
