Josh Turner, Manhattan Transfer performing at North Central

Guitarist and former Tonight Show bandleader Kevin Eubanks, country singer Josh Turner, vocal jazz ensemble The Manhattan Transfer and R&B group En Vogue are among the musicians scheduled to headline shows at Naperville's North Central College during the 2016-2017 season.

In addition to the lineup, fine arts director Brian Lynch announced a new flexible ticketing option that allows fans to create their own subscription packages based on the artists they want to see. Patrons receive a 10 percent discount on three performances, a 15 percent discount on four shows and a 20 percent discount on five or more shows.

Among the rock and country artists scheduled to perform are: Josh Turner (Sept. 24), Richard Marx (Oct. 1), Jim Peterik & World Stage (Jan. 28, 2017) and Jo Dee Messina (March 26, 2017). The Manhattan Transfer and Take 6 perform Nov. 4, followed by The Subdudes on Nov. 19. En Vogue plays the college Feb. 11, 2017, and Eubanks headlines on April 22, 2017.

Holiday offerings include Organic Theater Company's "Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol" Dec. 8 to 11, "The Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza" on Dec. 11 and Celtic Woman's "Home for Christmas, The Symphony Tour" on Dec. 17 and 18.

Child's Play Touring Theatre presents "The Christmas That Almost Wasn't" on Dec. 10. Other family-friendly shows include Theatreworks USA's "Miss Nelson is Missing" on March 18, 2017, and "Charlotte's Web" on April 2.

Additionally, Chicago's Silk Road Rising remounts its hit show "Mosque Alert" from Oct. 27 to 30. The Russian National Ballet performs "Giselle" on April 29, 2017.

Also, resident ensembles Chicago Sinfonietta and DuPage Symphony Orchestra perform throughout the season.

Performances take place at several campus venues.
