Sofolo elected Itasca Bank & Trust Co. board of directors

The Itasca Bank & Trust Co. board of directors recently elected Don Sofolo to the board.

He is president of Outsource IT Solutions Group, Inc. in Naperville. OSG is an enterprise systems integration, managed services, and network infrastructure consulting firm which has served the greater Chicago area since 1998. His company helps businesses of all sizes manage technology implementation according to best practices and for the greatest return on investment.

Sofolo has worked closely with Itasca Bank & Trust Co. since 2002. "Not only does Don bring experience as a successful business owner, he brings an incredible amount of knowledge about technology that we can use to keep our product offerings competitive and secure," said Jim Mensching, president.

Itasca Bank & Trust Co., founded in 1948, is a privately-held, full-service community bank with locations in Itasca and Roselle with assets of $475 million. The other eight bank directors include Jack Mensching, chairman, Jim Mensching, Cal Koeppel, Richard Soukup, Scott Metzler, Dr. Roy Scheck, Robin VanCastle and James Wade
