Molino scores in stoppage time, Orlando City ties NYCFC 2-2

NEW YORK (AP) - Kevin Molino scored in second-half stoppage time to give Orlando City a 2-2 tie with New York City FC on Sunday.

Molino scored on a header from the center of the penalty area in the 94th minute to extend Orlando City's unbeaten streak to three games. Carlos Rivas sent a cross to the far post that Cyle Larin centered to set up Molino's sixth goal this season.

Frederic Brillant scored his first career MLS goal in the 42nd minute, and David Villa chipped in from the center of the area to give NYC a 2-0 lead in the 66th.

Julio Baptista, off a feed from Molino, rolled a right-footed shot past goalkeeper Josh Saunders into the bottom-left corner - his first goal in MLS - cut the gap for Orlando City (3-3-7) about 6 minutes later.

NYC (4-4-6) is winless in its two matches after going unbeaten in its previous five.
