Grayslake to throw preview party Thursday

The Esper A. Petersen Foundation Family Aquatic Center's annual preview party is Thursday, May 26, at 5 p.m. The party, which is open to the community, is an exclusive open house and first-look at the facility for summer 2016. Activities will include a moon bounce, face painting and tattoos. Attendees can sample free food from the concessions stand. A limited section of the pool, slides, and play features will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. The aquatic center, 250 Library Lane, Grayslake, officially opens Saturday, May 28, at noon. Through the Memorial Day weekend, memberships are available to new and past customers for a discounted price of $70 per person.
