Maryland center partners with Surgical Care Affiliates

DEERFIELD - The physician members of Thomas Johnson Surgery Center in Frederick, Maryland have partnered with Surgical Care Affiliates.

The partnership operates a multispecialty ambulatory surgery center with a track record of providing high-quality, low-cost services to the growing Frederick market, bringing the SCA network of surgical facilities in Maryland to a total of five.

"Frederick is a strategically important market to SCA's expansion in Maryland," said Christian Ellison, SCA senior vice president. "Our partnership reinforces TJSC's position as the local leader in providing high-quality surgical care at a significantly lower cost."
