The Heartland Institute, which opened its headquarters in Arlington Heights last year, will unveil a new library at a public event on Wednesday.

The Michael Parry Mazur Library will be the “largest collection of books in the Midwest on public policy and political philosophy that advance liberty,” according to a news release from the Heartland Institute, which describes itself as a free-market think tank. The free public event will take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, at The Heartland Institute, 3939 N. Wilke Road, Arlington Heights.
