Jaguars agree to terms with 9 undrafted rookie free agents

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms with nine undrafted rookie free agents, including five offensive players.

The Jaguars spent six of their seven NFL draft picks on defensive players, so they used college free agency to address the other side of the ball.

The team agreed to terms with South Alabama tight end Braedon Bowman, Southern Miss offensive tackle Rashod Hill, Louisiana-Lafayette receiver Jamal Robinson, San Diego State offensive tackle Pearce Slater and Hawaii quarterback Max Wittek.

Jacksonville also reached agreements with Minnesota cornerback Briean Boddy-Calhoun, Mississippi cornerback Mike Hilton, Texas Christian kicker Jaden Oberkrom and Michigan safety Jarrod Wilson.

The nine free agents - as well as seven draft picks - are expected to participate in the team's rookie orientation beginning Thursday.
