Urawa maintain lead in J-League with 4-1 win over Nagoya

SAITAMA, Japan (AP) - Urawa Reds held on to first place in the J-League by thrashing Nagoya Grampus 4-1 on Friday.

Tadanari Lee, Shinzo Koroki and Yuki Muto all scored in the second half to keep Mihailo Petrovic's side two points clear of Kawasaki Frontale at the top.

Nagoya striker Robin Simovic canceled out Yosuke Kashiwagi's opener with his sixth goal of the season shortly before the break.

Kawasaki Frontale beat Gamba Osaka 1-0. All-time leading J-League scorer Yoshito Okubo extended his record to 162 goals.

Elsewhere, Taisuke Nakamura scored the only goal as Jubilo Iwata downed defending champion Sanfrecce Hiroshima 1-0.
