No common sense on climate, transgender issues

According to Thursday's Desert Sun article on the One Nation event, 78 percent of all 18- to 34-year-olds believe that climate change is "real and mostly or entirely caused by humans."

Get that - 4 billion cubic miles of breathable atmosphere is being ruined by spray cans, exhaust pipes, and cows! Dogmatic? Yes. Open minded? No. Intellectual? Not even close.

But what did you expect? For the last 30 years, Academia has been teaching our children that humans are bad for the earth, and the more advanced the human group is, the worse they are.

Think about that - human beings are bad for the planet! Many educated people actually believe this.

Curt Schilling was fired from his ESPN job for comments against allowing so-called transgender people to share bathrooms with non-transgender people. In other words, a 200-pound 17-year-old heterosexual boy who is willing to put on makeup and a dress can shower with your 115-pound 16-year-old daughter. Educated people actually believe this, too.

Open minded - yes. Intelligent - no. Wise? Are you kidding?! The inmates are truly running the asylum. Time for some pragmatic, common-sense leadership. Vote Trump. I think.
