Eastbound Lake Street to close in Libertyville

Lake Street from Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21) to Brainerd Avenue in downtown Libertyville will be closed to eastbound traffic from Monday, April 25, to Wednesday, April 27, for pavement rehabilitation work. To expedite the work, traffic will be limited to westbound traffic only. From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., all eastbound traffic will be detoured south to Cook Avenue. The road will reopen to two-way traffic nightly at 5 p.m. Parking on the north side of Lake Street has been closed for prep work. Call (847) 918-2100.
