Four doctors join Silver Cross medical staff

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox recently announced the following appointments:

• Sunitha Avula, M.D., board certified internal medicine physician, has joined the Silver Cross medical staff. Dr. Avula completed an internal medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. • Pankaj Jain, M.D., pulmonology and board certified internal medicine physician, has joined the Silver Cross medical staff. Dr. Jain completed an internal medicine residency at Chicago Medical School in North Chicago; and a pulmonary critical care fellowship at St. Lukes Roosevelt Medical Center in New York, NY. • Bassel Kazkaz, M.D., clinical neurophysiology and board certified psychiatry and neurology physician, has joined the Silver Cross medical staff.
