Lake Zurich 3, Oswego East 2: At the PepsiCo Showdown at Olympic Park in Schaumburg, Lake Zurich and Oswego East did all of their scoring in the first half.

Lake Zurich got a goal and an assist from Kristin Brousseau. Emily Udelhoven and Abby Mulderink scored the Bears' other goals.

Goalie Madison Hart had 5 saves.

Libertyville 3, Metea Valley 2: The Wildcats' Annie Thompson scored and had 2 assists as Libertyville (5-3) won for the third time in four games in PepsiCo Showdown action.

Johnsburg tournament: Grayslake North won a game and tied a game at the Johnsburg tournament.

In a 2-0 win over Grant, Grayslake North got a goal and an assist from sophomore Lauren Davis. Morgan Lyon scored the Knights' other goal.

Goalie Abby Rice had 2 saves.

In a 1-1 tie against Johnsburg, Davis scored Grayslake North's only goal and Rice had 3 saves.

Grant lost to Johnsburg in its other game, 3-2, as Alexis Werve had 6 saves.

Antioch tournament: Antioch got two scoreless ties at its tournament.

The Sequoits tied Belvidere North 0-0 and tied Grayslake Central 0-0.

Goalkeeper Monica Wilhelm recorded her fourth and fifth shutouts of the season.

Antioch is now 4-3-4 on the season and unbeaten in its last six games.
