Clem Schultz was sure the tornado weather forecasters were warning about was going to miss him, and on April 9, 2015, he began filming that storm with his cellphone. What Schultz ended up capturing was a tornado heading straight for him, engulfing his Fairdale, Illinois, home and, tragically, taking his wife's life. Lawsuit argues Zion cop lied in fatal shooting

The family of a black lake County teen who was shot and killed by a Zion Police Officer during a footchase last year has sued the city and Officer Eric Hill, arguing in a federal lawsuit that authorities falsely claimed Justus Howell was armed with a gun to justify the shooting.
