Cross town rival game sent into four OT's
Waubonsie Valley High School girls varsity water polo took Metea Valley High School into overtime after tying the game 8-8 Tuesday night, March 22.
After 2 OT's and two sudden deaths, Maria Campbell from Waubonsie scores the "Golden Goal" to win the game!
The starting goalie, Nicole Conway, blocked 21 shots last night and her current save percentage is 74 percent and rising!
Kimela Srey, the whole set, scored a hat trick with three goals, Maria Campbell with two (one of those being the game winning shot), Kelsey Meyer and Rachael Farber each with one, as well as Alex Triko contributing two goals of her own to seal the deal for the warriors!
