ELMHURST - NAI Hiffman represented Dukes Bridge LLC in its new lease with Pharmacy Alternatives LLC for 13,368 square feet of office/flex space in Elmhurst.
The building is located at 501 West Lake Street, minutes from I-290 near the intersection of Lake Street and Kingery Highway. The property consists of two facilities totaling 86,781 square feet situated on 6.98 acres. This lease transaction brings the building to 85% occupancy.
Dan O'Neill, Executive Vice President, Jeff Fischer, Executive Vice President, and Howard Bergdoll, Associate, with NAI Hiffman, represented the owner in the transaction. Jack Brennan of CBRE represented the tenant.
