Ibrahimovic scores 2 as PSG beats Lyon 3-0 in French Cup

PARIS (AP) - Paris Saint-Germain beat Lyon 3-0 to reach the French Cup quarterfinals on Wednesday and remain on course to repeat its domestic treble of last season.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who scored two second-half goals, will be out of contract at the end of the season and was waiting on a new deal despite playing some of the best football of his career. He has 27 goals this season, and 133 in 160 games since joining PSG four years ago.

His first goal was typically spectacular, if unorthodox, as he chested in a cross from the left. Four minutes later, he finished from close range after latching onto a cross from the right.

Midfielder Adrien Rabiot got the third goal, although he was well offside.

PSG, which faces Chelsea in the last 16 of the Champions League next week, has won 16 straight games and not lost in domestic competitions since March 15.

In a quiet first half, PSG striker Edinson Cavani slotted wide after going clean through and Lyon forward Maxwell Cornet forced a fine save from goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu.

That was as close as Lyon got.

Meanwhile, midfielder Alejandro Bedoya scored the winner two minutes from the end of injury time as Nantes won at Bordeaux 4-3.

Bedoya, who also scored the winner in injury time in the previous round, was left unmarked to head home a corner.

Bordeaux's weak defense conceded 12 goals in four games before this match, and it took striker Yacine Bammou only six minutes to put Nantes ahead.

Striker Enzo Crivelli equalized midway through the first half and Andre Poko made it 2-1 with a low shot.

But poor defending from Jean Ambrose allowed Bammou to steal the ball and set up striker Kolbeinn Sigthorsson midway through the second half.

Teenage Brazilian striker Malcom put Bordeaux ahead with a deflected strike early in injury time, but striker Johan Audel equalized in the 114th minute, and four minutes later Bedoya scored.

Saint-Etienne needed extra time to win at Troyes 2-1, while amateur side Sarre-Union lost at home to first-division side Lorient 4-0.
