The reality of the Iowa caucuses
I am an Iowan. I attended caucuses when I lived there. We met to pick delegates to the national conventions. It was not an excessive media show. It was neighbors meeting to make their choices. In this 2016 Democratic Party Caucus, the "winner" Clinton got 23 delegates, the loser Sanders got 21 delegates and there were six others. In the Republican Caucus, the "winner" Cruz got eight delegates, losers Trump annd Rubio got seven each. Sanders got three. Bush one and others four. The media, especially TV, are not reality.
